The job took about five hours. They were on time and seemed to do good work. They circled the house several times to make certain all of the holes had been filled. They made a good effort to clean up after themselves as well. We'll see how well the mortar matches in a few months. It took a couple of weeks to receive the rebate paperwork, but that's not an especially big deal. The house seems quieter, and the bedrooms seem warmer. We'll monitor our utilities to see if we can discern a difference over the coming winter. All in all, a positive experience.

Ryan was very friendly, and was able to come to my house to give me a bid on a week-day evening. The crew who came to put in the insulation were friendly as well. They arrived on time on the scheduled day, but there was a problem with the first machine, so they had to come back later in the day to finish the job. The insulated area looks very good.
