I live in California and have rental property in Henderson, Nevada I met with Tony for the bid. Tony was the most informative and was able to answer my question about attic ventilation that other companies were unable to. He talked to me about using a blanket around the skylights and blowing in the rest. Because I didn't want to travel back to Henderson at the time of install I asked them to take pictures of them covering lights and installing the blankets prior to blowing in the rest of the material... He sent me the pictures as requested. A few weeks later I inspected their job and they did an awesome job

Tony is very professional and personable. He is honest. He told us we had insulation over the garage and no, did not require any additional. We recommend him and his team highly. We have owned our home in Henderson for 22 years and he is the best homeowner experience we have had.

Tony is very personable. He arrived when he said he would and I think did a good job in a very difficult situation. Our house has vaulted ceilings and has very limited space for a worker to get in there and blow the insulation. They did leave a ruler near the only access hole that shows more than 17" of insulation, but there is no way I can check the rest of the house. His company is the only one that I called that would do a vaulted ceiling. Because I couldn't get other quotes (maybe I should have tried harder) I can't comment about value. The cost was based on about 75 cents per square foot, but vaulted ceilings add a surcharge because the ceiling isn't flat. They did a good job of protecting the access area and cleaned up when they were done.

This is a VERY GOOD company, good price (the best i got), on time, quick install, clean working manner, etc. the are what a contractor should be! I was going to do this myself renting the equipment and purchasing the insulation from Home Depot, but the cost difference was so small, about $25 when all is said and done, mmmm maybe not, for $25 more, I simply opened the door, showed them the access to the attic, and that was that, they were done in about an hour on 680 sqf. After they finished, I inspected the project and found it to be perfect without issue! Need insulation, use them!

When it comes to getting an over the phone bid for insulation make sure that you talk to the insulation supervisor.

Tony is amazing. Found leaks in the ducts and recommended fixing them first. Messed up his schedule because he had to come back a few times while the duct work was being done, but he cared more about getting the job done right. On time, professional, exactly the price he quoted. Best experience possible.
