We hired the crew located on Hwy 290 between Dripping Springs and Austin. They could NOT have been more professional and efficient. We knew right away that they were well-versed in addressing our water-mitigation issues. They quickly set up the needed equipment and were the tidiest crew weâ ve ever seen, cleaning up as they proceeded. I had major water damage in Garage and Bedroom #3 from a wall water leak, UWR were very professional and dedicated to the entire project of wall Installation, sheetrock, painting, and new Pad an carpet. When finished, everything looked as new as when I bought the house new. They are really a 5 Star Operation.

My daughter bought her first home and right after closing found a severe mold issue in the home. This was divesting to say the least, financially and emotionally. We called United and the whole staff was amazing, quick to help, caring to our situation and understood and worked with our financial hardship. I called on a Friday afternoon, Belinda H. answered the call and was so understanding, and caring. She paired us up with Chris and he was amazing, he jumped right on it and came out first thing Saturday morning. Chis assessed the work, quickly saw it through and we are happy to report we are mold free and my daughter will finally be able to move into her home. During this process Belinda took the time to call me one morning, just to check on us and see how we were doing. I can't tell you enough, how much that meant to us, you don't find to many businesses that are personable and truly care about their clients.
