I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Pat was at my house within a few after after my first call to assess the damage in my home and put me at ease. Everyone that I spoke with or dealt with at the company was very pleasant and very professional. When Pat and Alex came to do the work in my home they were very thorough, explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them in the future if needed and highly recommend!

My half basement was flooded due to water back flow in February. We contacted a few companies for the water damage mitigation, and Tom from United got back to us instantly. Being the first time house owner, we had zero knowledge or experience on what to do, and when Tom came over that same day, he went over all the details, and laid out several scenarios given that we were tight on budget and not 100% sure if insurance would cover it. Tom and his team came to perform the water damage mitigation job within 48 hours and I am super grateful especially towards Walter who lives a few minutes away from us. He came over every now and then to make sure the fans are running properly. Also thankful to Caitlin in the office and Phil the owner for the customer care and working with us on the second phase / repair. Though I hope that I wouldnâ  t have another flood situation, Tom and United would be the first one to call if that ever happened again.

Our experience with United Water Restoration was a positive one . We had water damage on 9/1/21 in our finished basement from the remnants of Ida. That nite I called their number and spoke to the owner, he said that he would have someone from his company to my home in the morning to evaluate my situation . Tom their representative showed up before 10 am . He was a true professional from the start to completion of our job . Every step he made sure to communicate with us.Walter and his crew did an outstanding job removing all effected items,flooring and sheetrock . My wife and I Would recommend them highly. TW

This company, and everyone who works here, is outstanding. They were helpful, prompt, courteous, beyond kind and respectfulâ ¦.and fast! My mother is elderly, lives alone and has a lifetime worth of â stuffâ in her house (a kind way of saying sheâ s a bit of a hoarder). They were careful not to (further!) damage any of her things, helped sort through everything and discard anything that was ruined by the flood. They approached the job with professionalism, warmth, kindness and efficiency. Even making sure she was keeping hydrated and could still access her refrigerator and microwave. I canâ t stress enough how much I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services!
