Nick was prompt and on time. Explained in detail and went over the costs beforehand. No hidden surprises. He was pleasant and easy to work with. Did the job well and in a timely manner. Nick was a lifesaver! I contacted him in the early morning... sorry Nick. We set up a time to come to my house and he went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem and promptly did all of the work and explained everything. He's a true gentleman and a number I recommend calling.

United Well and pump services called back right away. I spoke to Nick. We set up a time for the next morning ( which was Memorial Day)! He identified the problem and fixed it right away. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out when we called him a few hours later in an emergency and repaired the problem in a few hours . He also cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Nick is very professional and knows his stuff. He arrived at the stated time and went right to work. He makes you fell like you have known him forever a very nice guy. He did job in under three hours. Tested the system set the tank pressure and we had water. I would recommend Nick and his company to anyone who is looking for a great job and an honest business man. Nick went above and beyond my expectations. Answered right away, came out in the middle of the day, gave me a quote within minutes, and got right to work. Before I knew it I had a new well pump and pressure tank installed and had running water again, with better water pressure now too! Not to mention the price was excellent. Super friendly and professional. Very neat and clean, not a single piece of debris was left behind. He also emailed me a receipt with warranty info for my records before he even left. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely recommend United well and pump.
