I was pleased at how fast George responded and was able to make an appointment for me. I was also pleasantly surprised and pleased that I wasn't charged for the service provided. He did make a recommendation since one of the mechanism had a crack and would need to be replaced eventually. To avoid future issues I'm getting the mechanism replaced in 2 of my windows. Thanks for a great job!

We thought we would be replacing windows that did not lock or close properly. United windows was able to replace and install parts in a very timely manner that worked with our tight schedule. We will definitely call them again.
