United Prime Van Lines ? this was not a service, it was a nightmare from start to finish.
They charged me an extra $450 with ridiculous excuses, like not declaring a $20 mirror and other insignificant items. Then they started adding more made-up fees, like $75 for every additional 50 feet ? something that was never clearly explained upfront.
They promised delivery in 9?10 days. That was a lie. My belongings showed up 18 days later, with no accountability or proper explanation.
The payment situation was another disaster: after initially accepting credit cards, at pickup they suddenly said they no longer accepted cards and that I had to pay in cash. They literally change the rules whenever it suits them. After arguing with multiple people, they ?accepted? my card, but split the payment into two transactions just to charge me double processing fees. Completely abusive.
And as if that wasn?t enough, upon delivery they charged me even more money because the apartment was on the 4th flo

This is the second time I?ve used this company, and once again, there were no issues at all. We worked with the manager, Alex. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. They transported our household belongings over a fairly long distance. No complaints ? everything arrived intact, and the drivers were excellent. And just as importantly, their prices are very reasonable!

We had only a week to organize a move from Boise to Seattle, and he quickly found a truck and arranged everything. The shipment arrived promptly and in perfect condition (including glass items and a TV). We especially appreciated that after I submitted the request, the manager personally called to confirm the details. Huge thanks to the movers, Victor and Evan, for their excellent and professional work! They handled everything carefully and efficiently, helped wrap and palletize the furniture, took apart the couch, and were always responsive to our requests. Overall, the move went great. The van was very clean, and the driver even lined it with cardboard for extra protection.
