Mistakes happen and things go wrong with every business. How it is handled is what matters. We contacted Unity for a quote on a roof repair. There was a misunderstanding with Unity and they went ahead and did the job before we had committed. When I contacted them about it they apologized immediately, agreed to take the lower price we had been offered by another company and had also done a great job. That is worth more than a little lower price to me and I would use them again without hesitation!
