There were 2 guys at my house and this is not the first time had a centralized humidifier installation done. These guys were so fast at their work that they completed the entire job within an one and half hours. They were thorough at their work / professional / knowledgeable and were super prompt at their times committed. I would highly highly recommend this company for future needs too.

Bill Leone was great to work with and always available to answer questions and answer phone calls. This is great customer service . The installation crew was great, too. They were quiet, worked steadily and were neat.

I just want to say from the beginning when they came to house with an estimate, till the job was completed, very courteous and professional.

Once they have your money they will ignore your calls. Dishonest and sucks you in with very friendly service until you pay them. Then when system does not work they will not follow up. Written contract is terrible. Warranty on new system is voided because this company is not accredited to install the brands they are installing. Owner gets very nasty on phone once you catch on to their scam. Do NOT hire this company.

Universal Air Heating and Cooling recently installed new air conditioner and gas furnace. Smooth process from start to finish. Bill was very knowledgeable and honest about what I needed. He provided options and did not oversell additional equipment like other companies. His team installed the new systems in a timely fashion. They too were knowledgeable and were eager to teach me. They were careful while in my home and cleaned any debris. Pricing of new system was very fair for Trane. Thus far, happy to use this company and would recommend to a friend or family member absolutely.

Smoothly done from start to finish, beginning with a representative who listened, then offered several alternatives including the one I eventually went with but had not previously considered (Ductless Heat Pump.) The installation was done as per agreement by two very friendly and courteous gentlemen who attacked the job and kept up their intense pace until the full installation was completed, and done well, and two days earlier than expected. Good work at a fair price. I would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience. The crew was prompt,efficient and friendly. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Universal and will call them for the next project.
