Shawn sent his repairman, David, to diagnose my dishwasher failure. (The motor had burned out.) David went online (on his phone) and immediately found a new motor for three different prices, and recommended the least expensive. The motor came in, and David was here the same day to install it. In less than an hour my dishwasher was as good as new! I highly recommend them.

Ordered wrong part and did not come back, did not call.

The whole experience was great. I live in NYC and the technician David came on time and was very efficient in checking everything. He also explained all the steps and the reason for his diagnostic on the faulty appliance. I will definitely think of them next time I have a problem with an appliance.

It took three missed appointments before I could get the service technician - the technician wanted to come when he was in the area, rather than at the booked appointment time. The company service technician was professional and efficient. Note: there is a basic flat fee for service - no matter how small the job is. I would use this company again because they service an old appliance that other companies did not service.

Took two days and numerous appointments to get the tech to my house.

Came to my home 3 times without fixing my washing machine. Was told my machine was hard to diagnose. Would never use them again or recommend this company.

I had a broken washing machine. I spoke to the manager/dispatcher and he said he would send someone. They charge $135 to come but that would be deductible to your repair fee. A very young man came and turned the machine on and said yes it was broken. I asked if it could be repaired and he discouraged me. That was it! I never received a call from the company to tell me if it really could not be repaired, this guy that came did not inspire confidence. I think it was somewhat untrue. This is the first time the washing machine did not work and it is not heavily used. I did not need to pay someone to tell me my machine was broken.

My dryer was broken and I needed a new roller. He sent his man the next day early in the morning. Extremely professional, took the dryer apart, located the problem, replace the part on the spot, & now everything works. I would definitely use them again

A company representative gave me an estimate of $300-$350. The work was completed 3hrs. later & the final cost was $125.00+tax. The repairman was polite, efficient and left the area clean. I will use them in the future.
