We are a Built-In Certified Appliance Repair company, specializing in brands such as Sub-Zero, Thermadore, Viking, and Jenn Aire and many more. We also provide superior repair or replacement services for standard appliances to include Whirlpool, Kenmore, Kitchen Aid, and a variety of others. Repair was good at 1st, had problems with the panel that runs the dishwasher just days after repair. Called for a repair man, he came out fairly quickly said there was nothing wrong! It kept happening so called again came out and said it was a faulty part, he didnt have the part called and found out it was a recall on the part ! Had no idea when they could get the part. Said they would give us a $150.00 refund of a $500. bill! We felt that we should have been refunded more and just have paid for the service call. It took over a month to get the refund and we could never get in touch with them again. Repeated calls where we left voicemails, repeated emails non of which were answered. Would not recommend this repair service!
