This is the 2nd time I used this company and their service and pricing is very fair. From the ladies in the office to the technicians I've had a great experience. I had Universal come out to do a diagnostic on my old dishwasher, sadly it would have cost me 400 to get repaired, so I bought a new one. I had them come back out to install my new one. I called and they were able to come out the next day 😊 Morgan was very friendly and professional. I'm not sure the lady's name who answers the phone , but she also was very friendly. Thank you

Morgan came in and provided the assistance I needed. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. After converting my stove from natural gas to LPG, he installed it, thoroughly tested it, and made sure everything was working properly. He even used some of his own parts to complete the installation. I truly appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile.

My fridge finally died the other day. Right before a holiday weekend, with a big family and not a lot to spare. They came out the next day and the gentleman was honest - for the age of the fridge, it would cost about the same to fix it as it would to get a new one. He even showed me the cost of the parts. That kind of transparency and honesty is so rare but extremely appreciated. We ended up getting an “in the mean time” fridge from their store, because we needed something ASAP. The replacement works wonderfully. Everyone from the lady on the phone, the repairman, and the young lady in the store were all incredibly patient and kind. For a frazzled, busy mom it was a huge relief. Definitely will be going back to them for all of my appliance needs!!
