marc at Universal Blinds was on time, efficient and knew exactly how to repair my blinds and chains - we got our blinds at Lowes and the metal chains broke and one set of blinds was put on backwards. He fixed it all and gave us knew chain - They were 2 yrs old and broke - he told us they should last ALOT LONGER than 2 yrs :) So glad we found Universal Blinds

The replacement of the pull cord on the sliding glass door shade is not very reliable. It gets stuck. I don't think it will last long. The wood blind in the window was very expensive and it took over three weeks to receive.

"jimi this is kot a very fair review. the clues in the door was fixed and is working properly. i don?t feel you are representing the completed work correctly. as for the window blind. you agreed to the price and if you thought it was to expensive you should not have purchased it. yes it did take three weeks instead of two. sorry for the holiday delay."

I found Universal Blind thru ANGI. I was fortunate to speak to Marc the owner.
My issue was a broken stem holding up one of the vertcal panels. We had a short and simple chat abput the project and price. He came to my house the following Monday and did the repair work in 40 minutes. I would hire Universal for any window treatment work in the future.

I lucked out, and Mark from Universal Blinds called within minutes of me submitting my request. Due to a change in his schedule, he was able to come by within the hour! I am a teacher on spring break, who only has this week to get things fixed, and was so incredibly grateful for his ability to take care of my issue asap.
Another vendor called, and without even seeing the issue, was trying to sell me parts . . . as it turns out that I didn't need.
