This company did an excellent job of repairing and I one case installing a pedestal for my dryer. I was so happy they were able to solve some problems like a dryer vent in the attic that seemed to be a big issue. In reality it was easily and in expensively solved, The information and advice was excellent. Universal Service management made sure everything was returned to its original state. My recliner had a problem, which was fixed, which saved me having to pay a big service charge for an issue easily repaired. All other charges were reasonable, too. I highly recommend Universal Service Management, a company with wonderful employees!

Seth came out within an hour. I had tried to replace a pipe under my sink and couldn t get it finished. He noticed that another piece had a hole in it too. He went to the hardware store and got the piece and fixed it. If I had finished that part we still would have had a leak.
