Universal Reilly Construction Inc. DBA Universal Construction Company

I’ve used Tim and Universal Construction for many jobs both large and small in my property management business and they always do a top quality job and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their honesty and fair pricing are also two qualities that are rare these days. I’ve referred them to several of my customers for larger remodels and they’ve had nothing but great things to say about Tim and his crew as well. If you need something as small as a fence or as large as a garage addition or a complete kitchen remodel, you cannot go wrong with Universal. Tim always answers the phone and his projects are done on time with no surprises. Highly recommended!

Tim and his team are 100% RELIABLE…PROFESSIONAL…and perform EXCELLENT WORK!

Tim’s extraordinary dedication, craftsmanship, and heart for serving others transformed the community garden into far more than just a shared space — he helped build a lasting gathering place for the entire community. He consistently went above and beyond, sacrificing his own time, energy, and resources to ensure this project became something truly special. From the hard physical labor to the countless details behind the scenes, Tim approached every challenge with humility, generosity, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. Even after the work was completed, Tim continued to serve as a passionate advocate and active volunteer for the garden, always willing to step in wherever help was needed. His selflessness, leadership, and willingness to get his hands dirty embody the true spirit of community service. We are deeply grateful for Tim’s continued support and the incredible impact he has made. Without dedicated individuals like him — people willing to work tirelessly for the benefit of others — this meaningful space for local gardeners and neighbors to gather simply would not exist.

We have used Universal Reilly Construction for a few projects and had a 5-Star experience each time. The owner, Tim, responded quickly each time we requested him to look at the work needed and provided a fair estimate. Each time he honored the estimate and did not change the quote once work began or was finished. I say this because we have dealt with other contractors who did not stick to the original estimate. Reilly has completed various jobs for us including replacing flooring, interior and exterior painting (2 story home), building exterior stair rails and some other miscellaneous work. All of these jobs were completed timely and with great quality. The owner, Tim, is professional, easy to work with, and we are pleased with the quality of work.

Tim has helped us on several remodeling projects recently. He is prompt, honest, and responsive. His work is precise and his team is superb. Highly recommend.

Tim was a professional in all aspects of the work he did for us. He answers the phone when you call, he shows up for work on time and completes the job at hand. I’ve used his services three times and plan on using him in the future.

Tim Reilly of Universal Reilly Construction was very professional and had high quality work. Tim and I talked on the phone several times before he came to the house and gave me a quote for the job. He always returned my calls and showed up to work when he said that he would. He completed the job in two days and exceeded my expectations. I’m hiring him to do some other work soon . I look forward to working with him again.
