The first time the exterminator came, he failed, the bed bugs continued to antagonize the household so we had to spend twice the money for them to come again. I was not here when they came again, the report that I got from my grandma is that the man was creepy, wandered around pulling beds apart, trashed the place, left it worse then it was before he came, failed to detect bed bugs and then stated they were in the wood that built our loft. When I got back, my room was a mess, the bed was still pulled out, and my speaker system had been broken by the exterminator, Very veryyyyyyy unhappy with the service, I would never recommend paying somebody to act like they known what they are doing and trashing your home and damaging your stuff

I would recommend this company highly. I had a mouse infestation. David came over and went over my house with a fine tooth comb. He closed up every nook and cranny to keep the mice out. We haven t seen a mouse since! David was completely thorough, professional and respectful. Sean followed up to make sure the job was done properly. I will be using them to conquer the cave crickets in my basement.

Shawn the owner of this company was very professional from beginning to end. He always returned all of his missed phone calls from me promptly which means a lot to me. He seems to have great expertise in his field. His technician Alex was also very professional and did a great Job. Shawn also made sure that I had a follow up visit. The problem has been quickly resolved and I m very happy. I would definitely use Universal Exterminating in the future.

These guys are professional, very fairly priced, and honest. When I asked about how often I would need treatment, the owner said every 90 days would be sufficient, but mentioned that because winter is coming up, I could probably hold off until March. I appreciate business owners with that level of honesty, especially in New York. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this company and employee Shawn. Called immediately, visited our home promptly, was honest and hard working. Took care of a large and growing Hornets nest on the exterior second floor. Sprayed the nest, removed it and bagged it. Shawn even called the day after to make sure all was well.
