Tom made the repaired section of my fence look just like brand new, as he promised. He conducted himself professionally, yet was still warm and friendly. He made big points with me, when my extremely shy dog approached him and allowed him to pet her. Dogs are very good at reading people. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience. Big thanks to Tom and his crew (I never caught his helper's name)
