Work was done thoroughly and professionally and at a good price. Nick came out on a Saturday to install the heat pump ahead of an incoming cold front with a predicted overnight temperature of 19 degrees. That kind of customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Universal HVAC to anyone needing heating or cooling work done.
