I am very grateful to have him do the job. He is very positive in the way he works, very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a person who makes great suggestions for what you want done and how it will help me. He is very precise and very specific in the measurements he took, very accurate. He is very prompt, he scheduled appointment for 7:30 and he arrived at 7:25pm. He respected my time and showed up when he said he will be there. He called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm the day and time. The day of appointment he sat down with us and not only told me about the quality, the size of the hinges, the screw he will use but he showed us the material he was going to use. He provided specifics, this is what I will do, this is how I will do it. He showed us the different screws he was going to use for the wall and for the ceilings, the angels. He gave us confidence of the quality of the work and provided a guarantee. If I had questions, he explained everything, he provided options we can chose from, if we wanted the racks painted or not painted etc. It was a great experience, he has perfect manors and he did a wonderful job. If you want to get the job done right, he is the best.
