Great work with the finish product. Time was a little off not on time for the appointment, but the owner compensated by changing the overall price of the work with a discount.

There is a run from the final coat and they have never come back to fix it.

They did a good job on the resurfacing of my tub but I was disapointed with the follow up. They were suppose to come out the next day to clean up and did not show up. They did come but not when promised.

I was extremely impressed with the job performed. Not just with the quality of the finish itself (which looked better than new) but with the quality of the work. The technician was courteous, professional and thorough. They attention to cleanliness, protection of surrounding surfaces and ventilation were impeccable. The rental house I have was vacant but I could have been living in the same room that was being worked on. Even the tools and work vans were clean. They rooms were cleaner than when they arrived. I am planning on using them in my own house. All at a very reasonable price.

They were very professional and NICE. They came in exactly when they said they were, no hidden fees, did a very CLEAN job -which is one of my priorities. Everything looks brand new! Followed up about a week later to make sure everything was good. I am very satisfied with them.

The estimator came out immediately and he was able to give me a price while on the property and then he said he could do the job the next day. That was unexpected, but helpful. He showed up close to the time he said he'd be there the first day. When I got home, he had achieved a lot. I don't think his team cleaned the tub as well as they should have. The surface is a bit grainy in spots, but it does look very nice. He was personable and professional. The second day he did come later than he had scheduled and wasn't quite as careful (putting down material to protect the floor, etc.) as he had been the first day.
