From the beginning, it was a true pleasure to work with Jeff at Universal Services. I reached out to 5 vendors for a bid on replacing our pool liner and with a request for an onsite estimate. Only 3 of the 5 vendors responded and Jeff at Universal was the only one to acknowledge my request for an onsite review without question. Universal's bid on the job beat out the other two bidders by a hefty margin. Jeff was accompanied by his colleague Mike on the day of install and they executed the job efficiently and with a quality finished product. Jeff has many years dedicated to the pool installation and repair business, and it shows! Thanks!
