Tom arrived promptly and made sure floors & carpets were covered before starting. The finished job looked very clean and professional and Tom explained all that he had done. I thought his price was very fair. As a plus, he found a small dead snake in an old mouse trap and removed it for me! He also showed me a small opening where it might have entered so I can have it closed up (he would have done it if he had the right materials). I would definitely recommend him!

Tom Bell is a professional. He was super helpful in troubleshooting and problem solving and he was great about communicating. He took a garage that was almost collapsing and revived it to be even better than what the original (I suspect) was. Helpful, hard worker and great craftsmanship. I will use him in the future if I need anything major done that I cannot handle myself. HIGHLY recommend him! He worked hard to stay on budget and the outcome of the work was outstanding. I was extremely pleased with the work done by Universal Site Contracting. Tom Bell (owner) corrected a problem we had with a bath fan that wasn't installed properly by the previous owner. This problem was causing mold to build due to poor ventilation. Tom took no shortcuts and delivered a very high quality product. He was extremely responsive (frankly - better than any contractor I've had previously) and his price was competitive with other estimates we received. I would highly recommend Tom and Universal Site Contracting for your general contracting needs.

We bought a fixer-upper and contracted with Universal for the renovations we wanted. We needed it all â bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and countertop, flooring, new doors, new windows. They took care of everything! They worked with us to pick our tile, cabinets, granite countertop, carpet, paint, etc. and then installed everything just as we envisioned it.
