Lets start at the beginning: I got an appointment time Not a window. Dennis was prompt, CLEAN, Knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions in a way that made sense and showed me all the ins and outs of my set up. He hid wiring I thought would show and did it all in a very timely manner. Then THANKED me for MY time! Dennis gives service the way all companies use to but somewhere forgot. THANK YOU Dennis! wish there were more stars to give!
