contractor wants cash money up front .never came back to grind stump,will not retyrn calls DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAB.

Timely but did not complete the job. Contracted for tree and stump removal. Did not return to complete the stump removal. Would not consider them for future business.

The 35' oak tree was between 3 service lines a primary and a cable line. upon completion all lines were still up. Very competent conscientious with attention to details and safety. Excellent cleanup and the price was right.

They called within an hour, Came out the day after I talked to them and did a very hard job in record time at a fantastic price. They have a very nice crew, very hard workers and they put back and cleaned up everything..

The crew showed up a little late, but once they did get here they did a great job. They recommend taking out a few more limbs and did so for no additional charge. I will keep the information and use them again.

I called 5 different tree trimmers and Universal Tree was the only one who called me back. They accepted the job and were out the next day. They did more than they were asked to do and cleaned everything up.

Universal Tree Service went out of their way to provide great customer service. Our neighbor had agreed to taking down five trees along the property line and to remove a fence (trees were basically growing into the fence) so the work could be done. The neighbor did not remove the fence as agreed, Univeral handled the situation beautifully, they still removed the trees and stump ground most of the trees even though they jepordized their equipment. They gave us a great price and removed a few small abortitae for free. I would recommend Universal Tree Service to everyone! They were great.

Everything was great, prompt service, fair price, professional and friendly company. I had a couple trees removed at my home and was happy with the job so I referred them to my family, who had a couple trees removed as well. I would recommend them and will definitely hire them again next time I need tree work.
