Dwight was great to meet with and go through the product offerings. He asked me questions to learn that I had already done research on my own. Because of that, he skipped much of the normal sales pitch. This was so refreshing. The install crew was amazing. Extremely efficient and fast at getting the job done all the way down to rehanging all of our window treatments. I like hiring people that live and work locally and it paid off with Universal Windows direct.
