Justin did not finish the work with quality. The city inspection was pending with the seller that he finished after we bought the house and damage the 2 of the power outlet cover. Also did not connect all the power outlets when he was upgrading the basement. I had to spent money to remove the drywall and connect the missing power outlet.

We had such a good experienceâ professional, patient, punctual, fair, and communicative. We highly recommend University Place Electric. While our job was not â big,â there were some complications that required good communication and coordination with city permit folks and other contractors. University Place Electric was on the ball and was efficient and exact when it came to timing and scheduling. The best.
