He responded promptly to my request for repair of an outdoor water faucet. Within a day after contacting Service Magic the repair was made to my satisfaction. Unlimited Future gave me an advance estimate of the cost and approached the job in a professional manner. I will definitely contact them again for any needed work.

This is the second time I've called Steve to clean my high difficult gutters and he does so with humor and professionalism. He takes the debris out and bags it right at the gutter, rinses them clean and does a walk around when finished to make sure the space is clean. I will use him again and again.

Prompt response, very reasonable estimate in comparison to others received. Very pleasant and polite. Timely. One piece of project was initiated based on Roger's certainty that matching items for a repair would be simple; turned out not to be so. Knowing this up front would have influenced decision to proced. This flavored the entire experience for me - I would have appeciated more "expert" advice but will know better next time. Lots of dust left for me to clean up (Though Iwe certainly could have paid $$ hourly rate for this.)

Working with Steve was great. There was a schedule conflict during our first meeting but he got back in touch with me to reschedule asap. The work was started and completed when he said it would be. Both tasks were completed to my satisfaction. I also have his info should I have a follow up need with the repairs. He will definitely be the first person I call when another job is needed.
