Ivan Hamel is a scammer. Turned him into the BBB. Has zero craftsmanship.Zero integrity. Zero ability to do the job. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not hire him.

Horrible, horrible craftsmanship. Just watching a YouTube video would have told you this is all the wrong things to do for building a fence. Did not come back to finish job. After he got his money failed to keep his word. Heâ s a con man. We have a soft place in our hearts for veterans. Thatâ s one of the reasons we hired him. Did not fill in around the fence posts. Cannot open the big gates. The small gate fell off the deck. Leaning and the posts are cracking. We had this project started in mid February. It is literally falling apart. Save yourself from him and your family and friends. It has been a hard expensive lesson. Email me if you want pics.

Wood fence installed, 14 wood panel fell apart, panel misses some of the posts that holds them, nails only penetrate post 1 inch, all 14 posts were not in line. The fence was not in line, the post were loose, I pulled two of post out of the ground by hand. I called Ivan several times he came over and we look at the fence and he said he would take the done fence and give my money back $ 2,600.00 but he never came back and never call me back. He said the wind was responsible for no neighbors fence damage. I have pictures of a brand new fence laying on a ground uneven fence post. I liked Ivan as a person very polite a lot of nice equipment, did not want to post this but he would not respond.

6 month to resolve the problem, but it is not resolve yet, poor quality

Ivan and his crew were wonderful. They essentially rebuilt our rotted deck. As busy as he was, Ivan graciously fit us is and hammered out our deck in just a few days. Our deck is beautiful and sturdy and safe now. Ivan was competent, friendly reliable and very fairly priced. My husband and I are soon to be retired school teachers and are so grateful to have Unlimited Handyman Services in our lives! Ivan will take care of us and all our home repair needs!

I'm happy I hired Unlimited Handyman Services to clean my dryer vent. They are professional, down-to-business in getting the job done at a reasonable, fair price ??. They're at the top of my list for jobs around the house that aren't run-of-the-mill.

Ivan is very capable and worked very hard to do a good job. He was polite, considerate and respectful and kept his word as far as when he would arrive, what he would do and when he would complete the project.
