Did the job quickly and professionally

This company was a subcontractor through the another company who was working with us. I had reservations about them coming to Dunn, NC from Anderson, SC, but was assured that they were a very good company. They have photos on their social net page that look nice, but if you look closely, you can see many issues. The day they finished the roofing job, they cut the metal back way past where they should have and there was raw wood exposed. This was done at 12 midnight because they had another job starting Monday and they had to get home. We crawled up on the ladder and looked at the job they had done and discovered this major error. We called this issue to JT s attention immediately and requested that he fixes it. He stated that he would caulk it good and we should have no problems. REALLY???? He also stated that he would make it right if we had problems. Since we contracted with the first company and paid them for the roof, we contacted them so that they would handle it. 2 different dates were set up for the repairs to be done and JT or his company did NOT show up either time. In the interim, I have exposed wood and there is plenty of rain. I have now hired a reputable company to fix this mess. I am very disappointed that I was led to believe I could trust this company, and even more disappointed that JT did not honor his word to make things right. Now that company which was working in our house has been bought out, I have no hopes in getting Unlimited Services to live up to their claim of satisfying the customer, and frankly do not want them on my property. I feel that they should refund at least half of the money I paid for the roof since it is incorrectly installed and must be repaired. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE INEXPERIENCED, THEY LIE, AND DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR CLAIMS!!!!!
