"Jan I am sorry you are unhappy with the services. We used the mop and bucket with plain water only as you requested on your floors. As I explained we use a dry duster no chemicals on furniture for a basic cleaning. We discussed your type of furniture collecting and holding dust, you agreed and understood this was a basic cleaning offered for the price not a deep cleaning each time. I do offer deep cleaning services but that is not what we had discussed. After speaking with you today and your clarification of your needs/wants the service you are needing is a deep cleaning each time."
