Poor service he's not a honest person, lied twice saying he would take care of it! Said hes a man of his word! Never refunded the money and sold me a car and put a lien against my father's estate

This dude broke the ignition eis on my Mercedes never gave me a fob and took 450 that I paid him thief and a tweaker beware!!!!!!!

I traveled to the est side of Iowa and lost my Chevy SUV keys so had to leave the SUV back there and come home to Desmoines. I had been calling locksmiths and Chevy dealers the entire month of August with little to no luck at all for anything under 450 (have car towed to deal pay for the key then to have it programmed). I called Ryan and with a quick visit to the dealership and one call back to the dealer ship Ryan had my key to me in less then a couple hours from start to finish. I didn't have to get it towed, was able to program it and have it back all in the same day. Highly recommend this business to ALL. Affordable rate you wont believe!

He just lied to me over and over that parts are on the way, parts are on the way numerous times. he is just untruthful. Hired him to fix a French door lock mechanism. He took the parts with him and I cannot get him to return them. I told him if he cannot get parts or fix it, bring back the parts and at least the door will shut.

10/10. I had locks I wanted put in just didn't want to do the work. Ryan contacted me promptly and was out to my place on time to get the job done WELL. Replaced 4 handles and deadbolts in about an hour. Ryan was professional, on time, and work was done great. Everything works and look awesome. He took the time to test every lock several times with both keys. AND to top it off was very fair with his price especially considering I live about 45 minutes from where hes located. Overall seemed to be a genuine great guy. Would recommend this guy to anyone needing anything lock related.

He arrived promptly at the agreed time and was able to get the difficult locks off my storage units after I lost the keys.
