Very professional overall and responded to my request for a quote to repair/replace my roof in a quick and timely. While checking out my roof (on his own time) climbed and found a hole at the top of roof where rain was coming in. He made a temporary repair to the hole and Mr. Murray took measurements and gave me a suprisingly lower estimate than any other roofing company I received from other roofers in the surrounding area. He and his crew did a GREAT!! job on replacing my roof and if I could have given his company a higher rating than 5 star I would have done done so. I HIGHLY!! recommend Up2Code for all your roofing needs...my wife is also extremely HAPPY with our new roof thanks to Mr. Murray & company.

Lost a flat roof due to tornado; Don and his crew were there next day to tarp roof to mitigate further damage. Surveyed damage and gave honest professional recommendations. When time to put on new roof; Mr. Murray managed to immediately get the materials and scheduled the work quickly. His crew came early and did an amazing job, completed the job in just a day and a half although there was a lot of additional work due to excessive wood rot. Mr. Murray kept me informed every step in the process, explained and estimated what the cost of the additional damage would be. My roof is now completely level, no low spots or dips, new vents and even two badly needed roof vents, looks modern now and is gorgeous. I just can't say enough great things about Mr. Murray and his crew. If you want an honest, professional roof job this is the company to go with. He treats you like family, goes above and beyond in getting your roof done right and quickly, as if you were the only roof he was working on. He and his crew treat your home like they were working on their own home. Honest, dependable, professional, quality work!

Very professional, very quick, very glad I went with Up2Code! All aspects were handled quickly and concisely. From signed bid to completion was 3 days, including a holiday - amazing job! Full details follow: Changed home insurance company in Sep; they conducted visual inspection of property in Oct; notified 5Nov roof needed replacement (based on age and appearance, no leaks or other issues) and they were cancelling policy effective 24Nov; other insurance companies wanted roof replaced before selling new policy. 13Nov called 5 biz for quotes; 14Nov 1 showed to measure and send bid later; Up2Code showed to measure, check for problems, answer questions, provide bid on the spot; 15Nov 1 showed to measure, take pics; rec'd bid from biz who didn't come to address; 19 Nov, total 3 bids rec'd, only Up2Code willing to try to meet insurance company deadline; 20Nov signed Up2Code quote; 21Nov permit pulled, supplies delivered; 22 Nov (Thanksgiving) work began, 23Nov work completed, area cleaned. (23Nov, new insurance policy signed with new company). Definitely recommend.

Rare find in the home repair business. Quality work---will pass inspection without fail. Price very reasonable. The strongest point is their dedication to meeting the price estimate. Whatever you sign for on their contract is what you'll pay. There's no "extras" or "we found xyz wrong". That's very reassuring. Definitely recommend.
