Originally formed in 2001 and reorganized in 2004, UpBuild Design, LLC continues to collaborate with each customer to help them accomplish their unique design and construction related goals in the most efficient, aesthetically appealing and cost balanced approach. Our work primarily focuses on custom residential (contemporary and modernist designs), commercial office and retail, educational, governmental and multi-family. With our prior experience as Owner?s representatives and project managers we are also aware and empathetic to the Owner?s capital project budget and schedule requirements.
