In an ideal world, I would be giving Up County five stars. However, I never got a contract as promised and I never got billed. I don't want to tell the guy how to run a business, but I also don't want to get a single bill after the whole summer with an astronomical figure (or worse, one that is higher than the rate he originally quoted by phone). I have left several messages and he won't return my calls. I appreciate the work being done and it is done pretty well, but the administrative side of the customer service is strongly lacking.

Did a wonderful job, respectful. Listened to what I wanted and needed with my lawn. Al was very nice.

Upcounty always does a professional job that looks terrific. I learned about them years ago from my son. Now Upcounty does work for three members of the family and we all receive compliments on their work. The owner always finds time in his busy schedule to talk with me and help out with unexpected issues - they do a great job!

Al is top notch and people oriented and his only desire is to please the customer. Al comes out with the crew on the first run to ensure they properly do what is expected by the customer. Al's crew is a methodical group that work like a well oiled machine. They take the care to walk the property to ensure the job was completed properly. I would most definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

The owner of the company was very professional. Wrote out a work estimate of everything thing that was to be completed materials and labor. The estimate was the most reasonable in the area. They were very prompt in getting the work done and did an excellent job Our lawn looks great! I would recommend and use again.
