At UpFront Home Services we deliver carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and many more services with an authentic and honest service experience. Here at UpFront Home Services we are more than a name. We stand behind our name and let it be our moral compass in servicing your home. We know many companies have lost the sense of pride in owning a business, but we have not. Our company was founded by Armando Pais, a Vietnam Veteran for the United States of America. We are an Aggie owned company. Joey Pais took over the business when his father passed away in July of 2012. Joey Pais is a Texas A&M University of San Antonio graduate. He took his Dads business model and has expanded on it and continues to stick to the original principals set forth by his Dad.

April 2022 Phillip with UpFront did an amazing job cleaning and sealing my Saltillo tile. It was hard to find someone with his knowledge and experience with this type of tile. I would recommend him for any tile needs.

The tech Daniel and his assistant were very efficient. Very polite and professional. I received a text letting me know the arrival time. They were on time. They completed the air duct cleaning work in a timely fashion. I thought the cost was reasonable. They did offer one additional service while here. Added a disinfectant, which I would not have considered. Iâ m hoping to see much less dust after this service.

The gentleman they sent was kind and professional. They were able to work with me around my schedule and were accommodating. I gave them a really heavy and SUPER plush area rug. It came back smelling fresh. They even got rid the pet odor (not stains). I deducted one point in the work quality rating because some parts of the rug were still darker than the others; in some of the corners. I wouldâ ve given 5 if the rug looked as good as new, but am not naive to the fact that some of those details could be explained with heavy foot traffic and the nature of a light colored rug. I am still really satisfied and will be contracting again in the future.

Daniel was so very helpful and accommodating! He and his partner did an outstanding job! I had terrible black marks on white upholstered furniture from movers! They were able to clean each piece and put a protection coverage on as well. They were very courteous and solicitous to my approval of their work. My sister came over and got their card for her own work. Thank you for making a newbie to Houston so happy!

I emailed them them Saturday afternoon. Got an immediate response, booked for Tuesday between 8 and 11 and Sergio was here at 7:45. Out the door at 8:15. Fantastic service!!

I found this company through a search on Google. They installed my carpet the same day and gave me a really good deal. Everyone the receptionist, the quote technician and the installation technician were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I am so happy with the final product I would definitely use them next time I need a carpet cleaned or installed

The work I thought was excellent; it does seem very expensive, but perhaps that is the going rate???

"Thank you so much for your Feedback. There are some companies that offer a lesser service than we do and charge a lower price. The problem that we see is they do much less than we do. A majority of Tile and Grout Cleaning companies will only complete 1 singular pass with an Alkaline in accordance with their pricing. If they need to complete a secondary cleaning pass with an Acid they charge more to do so. They also do not apply any type of sealer to your grout after they complete the cleaning. At UpFront, we include both an Alkaline Pass and an Acid Pass standard in all of our pricing. We include sealing of the Grout with a water-based sealer"
