Weber did an excellent job and is very dependable.

I am very happy with the project done by Weber and his crew. Weber responded promptly after my inquiry call to arrange time to meet to take a look at the job and quote. His price is quite fair. All labor, material and permit application fee is included. He and his team did the following services: 1) Demolish and dispose existing screen porch, keeping the existing roof. 2) Install new footings and build a 13'x12' enclose porch with a. custom made vinyl windows with screen and sliding windows, b. French patio door on enclose porch. c. wood decking floor inside the enclose porch. d. remote controlled fan with light on porch ceiling; 3) Install new footings and build additional 13'x12' deck with set of stairs, deck is installed with composite floor and vinyl railings, and deck frame was wrapped and enclose porch trims with white composite boards to prevent from raining damage. Weber and his crew got it done in 2 weeks, although we did have to wait for the permit application (well, very important if you need to sell the house later on) before the project is started, and custom made windows to be done while the project was ongoing. What he and his team really amazed me was the way they reserved and used the old roof when they totally demo the old screened porch. I had consulted a quite famous patio and deck builder, which charges a lot more and told me that they can not save and reuse the old roof but can only build a new one. In fact, UpHomes successfully saved and reused the old roof, added additional support with new wood beams, and added new vinyl ceilings and fans , and made it look like new. I was so pleased of their work that I added additional small projects inside my house: 1) Remove and dispose wood stove. , Patch roof and ceiling in the living room. 2) Relocate stove vent in the kitchen, 3) Replace two new electric outlet in the kitchen (it randomly made spontaneous electric sparks which is scary) 4) Install new storm door in the back. Weber is very patient and considerate. He responded to feedback and actions without hesitation. He and his team were very professional throughout the entire project! I felt very blessed to get the work done on time with expected quality. I have been enjoying the porch, BBQ on the deck and enjoy the view of my backyard this summer. I had recommended to my two neighbors and a friend already. I believe you would not regret if you hire Weber and his team.

Weber and his workers built a nice Trek deck for us. Workers are polite and courteous. Up Homes pricing I found reasonable.

Weber was the first contractor to respond with a call back and quote. I have a duplex and remodeled two kitchens simultaneously. The project was EXTREMELY time sensitive as I had new tenants moving into one of the apartments in less than 3 weeks. Weber and his crew got it done in 15 days! This project consisted of the demo of both kitchens, moving a gas lines for stoves, new electric line for new outlets, installation of cabinets, counter tops, tile back splash, all appliances, recessed lighting and fixtures and painting. Weber answered every question, replied to every text and phone call and was completely professional throughout the entire project! He will be back in the spring to build my deck!

He is the first one to show up for estimate and the first guy to submit his estimate.

1. cut into vinyl siding on house and left it disrepair 2. had to remove outlet box for generator he said he could wire it back and could not cost me $140.00 3. drove over 100' of lawn cost to repair $350.00 4. missing and broken pieces on rail post 5. never replaced board behind gutter with composite 6. some of the work was shoddy at best 7. my mistake was paying him $14,300.00 before job was done

The owner Weber was very polite and took time to explain what the job would consist of. The men who did the work were also very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The final product was great the new porch looks wonderful!!!

Up Homes was quick and the work was great. We had them extend our deck and they perfectly matched the style and wood. They also were able to quickly navigate the permitting process for our town. He was on time and his crew would show up when he said they would and they were all very nice to deal with. I would absolutely recommend Up Homes and use them for any other renovations I have. The Kitchen far exceeded our expectations!

It's not a 5.0 because it was not perfect (what is?) however I was pleased with their response and resolution to all the issues that arose during the project. I will keep them top of the list for future projects.

Up Homes did a great job of demolishing an old wooden deck and replacing it with composite. There were no surprises and I was kept up with regular status. Great value and I will use use him for other projects.

I hired up homes LLC for Remodelling of my two bedroom and one bathroom apartment. Weber Depaula responded to my listing to HomeAdvisor within 5 minutes. Since then, everything he did was very prompt. He answered my questions very fast. I am living in west coast and my apartment is in Boston area. He agreed to do work without my presence. He gave me day to day schedule and stick to the schedule. He took photos of what he finished each day and sent those to me. I could check and follow his work. He was very reliable. He is an honest man. He can be trusted. I would definitely hire him again. I recommend him highly without any hesitation. Plus, his charge for the work was most reasonable. Weber is a professional who knows the work !!
