"Dylan, in the middle of our busiest months we didn?t pull a permit. The permit was pulled but after the fact and that was it. We have corrected our office procedure to make sure we? don?t miss those. First one - excavation helper didn?t have a apprentice a license - got one immediately - this had nothing to do with workmanship Second one - you calling the state and telling on us Third - misunderstanding with electrical license issue that has been resolved Companies grow and make mistakes - none of this had anything to do with failed inspections or workmanship - end of the day we?re not cowards and will respond as long as you want to keep blasting us online"

Promptly confirmed appointment when our a/c died. Work completed the following morning. Fair price. Kind and considerate workers. The pilot went out on our water heater, so we had cold showers the next morning, they must have shut off the gas when replacing the furnace, but it was easy for me to get the pilot lit again.
