A truck roll cost money regardless if it takes 15 minutes or 1 hour. We must pay our employees, insurance, and taxes which allows us to get to our customers more efficiently. Safety is first and if we think the TV mounted to a certain wall will compromise safety, we will not do it. Also, we have to charge what we charge in order to keep the trucks and technicians insured and running. As always, we did discuss all pricing with you before we sent the techs out. Matthew and Robert arrived on time, got right to work - since they were 'on the clock' for what I would be charged. They were very cordial and friendly but stuck to business. The work ended up being more complicated than originally projected but they did a great job and met all our expectations, including some added work I requested. They went out to purchase additional parts but did not charge for their time for that. The cost/price was reasonable considering the relative difficulty of the original task and the added work requested. Highly recommended.
