Upgrade Remodeling overall did a great job! The initial "design" visit came in with high pressure sales.There was some confusion at first regarding materials and pricing for custom cabinets. After talking to the "owner" we decided to go forward with the project. Communication was good other than needing better communication between subcontractors and customer. Having a sight manager would be helpful. Everyone was very professional, on time, cleanly, worked proficiently and was respectful. They made sure everything was done to the customers liking. Overall, I would rehire them to do a future project.

Bathroom remodel was satisfactory. I did have a couple of changes to some final trim and they were very accommodateing. I had walk in shower flooring and ceiling changed from popcorn to a texture

The job was eventually done well. The wrong shower door was initially installed. After several weeks, this was corrected and we are very pleased. The Mistake was somewhere between the sales person and the warehouse team.

I love my shower

They never delivered on the contract in full. In order to have all the repairs done every panel has to be removed and replaced and they refuse to honor the warranty. It's only been since September of 2025 and every time they came out, out of 3 times, the staff were under supplied and had no time to do the work properly. Just save yourself a lot of money and heartache and find someone else. None of them seem to be legal Americans.

We had a great experience with Upgrade remodeling. We love our new bath tub in the hall bathroom replaced .The whole process was professional and we are extremely satisfied with the level of service that we received.

From the very beginning, Upgrade Remodeling was incredible for their contacting me fast, having a Project Manager available all the time for questions, scheduling the actual work to be done, a contact between me and the installers...I recommend Upgrade Remodeling to everyone. And the walk-in shower walls, floor, grab bars, and seat are beautiful, too!

They did a great job. Showed up on time and worked continuously all day each day. From sales to finish all were professional and courteous. Precise work! I would definitely hire them again!! We love our new bath.

The crew from Upgrade Remodeling did an excellent job in transforming an aging outdated bathroom into a modern fully functional bathroom. The work they complete was a total transformation of our bathroom. This included turning the bathtub into a beautiful walk-in shower, a new vanity with much more room than the original, a new toilet, new mirror, stylish light, new towel racks, and a new floor. The work also included complete removal of very ugly 70s green wall tile and complete paint job including ceiling. All this in two days. The crew also provided shielding from dirt and dust. When the crew left you could not tell they had been here except for a beautiful new bathroom.

We started working with John who designed our bathroom. Three weeks later the workmen arrived and on time. They went to work were very tidy, a pleasant crew to work with. They respected our home especially our floors. They finished the job in one day. We were very pleased with the whole project. We love the walk in shower !!!

The job was done efficiently and we are very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend this company for a bathroom remodel or shower installation.

Overall outcome was very good. The time it took to accomplish the upgrade of shower stall to shower stall was longer than expected. Professionalism and courtesy was high from all involved. Would use them again with a better understanding for time needed to complete job. This job required working until 7pm each night. Knowledge of staff was great in some areas and lacked in other areas of the install. Once the installer realized he did not have the experience to install the doors we had selected he reached out to others for assistance and they came to assist.

The crew did a fantastic job. They were on time and very professional, along with being polite and well mannered ! I would definitely hire them again.

We received a stand-in shower remodel and from start to finish, our experience with Upgrade Remodeling was excellent. We want to specifically shout out Cole, who was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful in the planning phase. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered expert suggestions to ensure we got the best result. The final shower looks amazing—we absolutely love it! The team was reliable and punctual throughout the process. While there were a few minor bumps, the way they handled them was impressive. Specifically, the wrong size handles were initially ordered and there was a small chip on the storage pod/shelving, but they proactively installed a different colored set so that our shower was immediately operational. They returned to fix both small issues within a weeks time! Upgrade Remodeling was fully accountable and made everything right quickly and without any hassle. We are incredibly happy with the end product and highly recommend them

They were easy to deal with. Listened to my concerns and had suggestions. They replaced my French doors leading to my back deck. They also installed a railing next to and around my front steps. The work was done in a professional, timely manner. A very good company.

The crew were respectful, professional, and did the job in one day. They cleaned up the worksite well, and asked a few questions on how I wanted things, and they did just as I asked.

I would recommend the work and quality was great. Didn't get dumpster so my kitchen was out in the yard for 3 days I didnt like that. The crew was great! The work was very good. Quality of materials Great. Little slow with communicating after they started the work. ( not the crew). On-time every day!
