Upgrade Remodeling LLC

Awesome job! Only 2 weeks! Went from an old 90s kitchen to a beautiful brand new total redone kitchen! (Before and after pictures attached)

Upgrade Remodeling was great everyone from the office to the sales person to the installers were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They did a great job. The installers were extra careful, not damaging my walls in my house and keeping the floors clean by putting down runners I would recommend them to anybody that needs to have work done

Working with upgrade remodeling was seamless. The spokesperson knew what they were talking about. They worked with us on a price that we could afford and they got the work done in record time. This was something that we had put off for years turning our bathroom bathtub into a walk-in shower. We had a window in our bathroom that we were only utilizing a third of it. It was so nice to have that window fully open and available to let the light in. We would recommend them to anyone.

The installers were friendly, courteous and professional. The bathroom remodel really enhanced my bathroom and I am very pleased. The materials used were high quality. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I had a very professional team replacing an old tub to a beautiful shower. The two young men were very polite and hard workers showing up on time, and never seemed to even take a break. I highly recommend this company from beginning to end including the office staff which were very helpful with scheduling and answering questions.

The Upgrade Remodeling crew was great and very detail oriented. Without a doubt the best plumbers I have ever worked with. Beautiful job behind the scenes with electrical, plumbing, floor and everything else that make for a good looking and good working bathroom. Now it is my turn to do the painting.

Work was done in one day like they said..workers were very polite stay on top of cleaning up everything that was torn out.that was pick up and gone before they even started to redo the bathroom.our floor was covered.very please with the guys who did the job, was here by 8 and gone by 8.long day but we are very please with the outlook. we were kept inform had phone calls to make sure they were here. we had made changes on the walls for the shower and Tricia was great and promise we be happy.Jeff,Kathy were very helpful also. no complaints on this in.

They came in and did very prophecy and. Fantastic job they explained what they found and fixed for a small bath room it looks totally amazing

Thanks to Taniesha, whom i casually met & recommended Upgrade Remodeling once she knew I was looking to get some work done. Appointment was made and Rayshun came in & heard the desire. He came up with the design and we’re happy with the results. Before & Now!

I couldn’t have imagined my kitchen and bathroom turning out this good. They are beautiful, I can’t even believe it’s in my house. Jose from Upgrade Remodeling came in with the great customer service and anything I asked he was right on it. You can not go wrong with Upgrade Remodeling. I definitely recommend and would hire again.

This project was borne from a very unfortunate situation. We had a second floor water disaster that resulted in 2 bathrooms a hallway and a mud room having to be gutted walls and floor alike. Electrical fixtures replaced to say the least. A major disaster. Upgrade Remodel did a fantastic job in making us whole again. That Team worked tirelessly through many requests, curve balls and everything else you could imagine. In the end the final outcome exceeded our expectations! It has been over a year since the repairs yet everything remains intact as if the reno/repair was recently done!

Great experience from start to finish. Josh explained and find deals to lower my costs. Tanisha was in constant contact with me as I went throughout the HISA program for veterans. Alex did a wonderful job doing my bathtub to walk-in conversation. I’m extremely satisfied. I would hire Upgrade Remodeling again for future projects.

The reason this company has so few bad reviews is because they put the following clause in their contract, which should have been a warning sign. ?Buyer/homeowner agrees not to post any negative feedback on any social media without first participating in a one, half-day mediation. Cost of such mediation will be split by both parties.? I filed for mediation and the company refused to participate.

My son needed a new shower. The workers were great! Everything was done as wanted. They showed Abe how everything worked. He was very pleased! They cleaned everything. Thank you Upgrade Remodeling.

Very happy with their work. Communicate well, professional, priced right, daily clean up, respect for our opinion and property!

Upgrade Remodeling overall did a great job! The initial "design" visit came in with high pressure sales. There was some confusion at first regarding materials and pricing for custom cabinets. After talking to the "owner" we decided to go forward with the project. Communication was good other than needing better communication between subcontractors and customer. Having a sight manager would be helpful. Everyone was very professional, on time, cleanly, worked proficiently and was respectful. They made sure everything was done to the customers liking. Overall, I would rehire them to do a future project.

Bathroom remodel was satisfactory. I did have a couple of changes to some final trim and they were very accommodateing. I had walk in shower flooring and ceiling changed from popcorn to a texture

The job was eventually done well. The wrong shower door was initially installed. After several weeks, this was corrected and we are very pleased. The Mistake was somewhere between the sales person and the warehouse team.

I love my shower

They never delivered on the contract in full. In order to have all the repairs done every panel has to be removed and replaced and they refuse to honor the warranty. It's only been since September of 2025 and every time they came out, out of 3 times, the staff were under supplied and had no time to do the work properly. Just save yourself a lot of money and heartache and find someone else. None of them seem to be legal Americans.

We had a great experience with Upgrade remodeling. We love our new bath tub in the hall bathroom replaced .The whole process was professional and we are extremely satisfied with the level of service that we received.

I'm happy with the result

From the very beginning, Upgrade Remodeling was incredible for their contacting me fast, having a Project Manager available all the time for questions, scheduling the actual work to be done, a contact between me and the installers...I recommend Upgrade Remodeling to everyone. And the walk-in shower walls, floor, grab bars, and seat are beautiful, too!

They did a great job. Showed up on time and worked continuously all day each day. From sales to finish all were professional and courteous. Precise work! I would definitely hire them again!! We love our new bath.

The contractor completed the shower install in a timely manner and very neat and Professional. I am going to have a shower door installed by them
