They did everything I asked and more. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were communicative. They bent over backwards to please. They tackled a huge job that would have taken me days and did it in hours. They were quite professinal. - I was thrilled and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Josh worked with me and kept me appraised throughout the entire project. The job they did was everything I expected.

I am very pleased with the work Upham Landscape did for us, which included soil grading and other water control measures, yard cleanup, drainage pipe extension, pruning and removal of dead large bushes, etc. This is the first time in 21 years of home ownership I have ever used a landscaper, and it was well worth it, in fact I have already scheduled an estimate from Upham for future jobs. Josh, the supervisor, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and responsive with emails. The workers were efficient and hard working. Since landscape work is weather dependent I suggest agreeing on work dates in the contract. I highly recommend Upham Landscape.

We hired Upham Lawn and Landscape to replace an existing old pathway. Josh (the production manager) was great - he accommodated our work schedules for arranging meetings, listened to everything that we said and was very in tune with what we wanted. The installation went very smoothly. A few stones were loose following the installation, but this issue was dealt with immediately. Several neighbors have commented on how good the path looks. We are now planning to work with Josh and Upham Landscape to install a wall and patio.

Great guys, wonderful customer service. I am a landscape designer so I am fussy. They damaged a new fence and fixed it so it almost looks new again. I had a couple concerns and they dealt with them quickly and well. Only issue is that their labour charge is a little high. Of the four quotes I got they were the second cheapest though so maybe I am out of touch.

Upham was very detailed oriented and responsive. They were easy to deal with from designing the landscape to meeting budget requirements. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a great experience with Upham Lawn and Landscape Company. They responded promptly for a request for an estimate, visited the sight and offered helpful suggestions. After working out some details by email, they followed with a reasonable priced quote and promptly started the job. We had confidence we knew what was going on at all times. The project manager, Josh Hasenfus, was on-site every day and kept the energetic and skilled crew on track. We are very pleased with the end result. We look forward to contacting Upham for our landscape needs in the future.

We worked with Josh at Upham Landscape for a sod installation as well as cleaning up and installing bushes in front of our home. I was very impressed with the quick and thorough response to my initial request, as well as following through and completing the work. Everything looks beautiful, all my questions were answered fully and we were well instructed on how to maintain the sod/bushes. I would absolutely use Upham again and would recommend them to anyone needing any work done. They were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Our project was the removal of an in-ground gunite swimming pool. Josh was extremely attentive throughout and was able to give us a favorable estimate for this project. His crew came before the project to prep and protect sensitive plantings. The excavating was subcontracted out. They did an extremely fine job of maneuvering large heavy equipment in very tight spaces. The only problem occurred when the excavator could not deliver the fill and therefore not finish the project in the time promised. As a result, the project was delayed and the grass will have to be resown in the spring. Josh took care of all of the items as contracted.

It was an unfortunate experience. The "designer" did not choose the best plants for the spaces. In stead now we have dead plants everywhere. They also planted plants that are tempting food for deers. After my complaint about it I received a quote to fix the problem. The color of the mulch is not the one I asked for. I was over charged and it took a lot of effort to make them recognize their error. I wouldn't recommend Upham Landscape at all. If you are busy like me with 3 kids and work Upham do not take care of details, their spring cleaning was poorly done and I had to constantly call them to fix something.

From the beginning Josh was great to work with. He listened to everything I wanted and made good suggestions. He was able to answer any questions I had. He was quick to give me a good quote and willing to negotiate based on my needs and budget. When the team came to do the work, they were SO nice! They let me 2 year old watch and did a great job humoring him. They worked extremely fast and did a fantastic job! I liked that Josh came too to make sure things were going the way I wanted. I couldn't be happier with Upham's work. I wish they were closer so that I could use them for my everyday maintenance. I will def. use them again!

The person we worked with, Josh, was very courteous, reliable, and worked well with us to help us choose how we wanted the yard to look. He was always very responsive over email or telephone with any questions. The work that was done was reasonably priced, completed in a timely manner, and it looks great! Upham Landscape did an excellent job with my landscape project. This was a difficult project to plan and it turned out much better than I expected. I've had compliments from several neighbors. I highly recommend them.
