Furniture Repair
They called me back almost immediately and were at my house the next day to give me a free estimate. I found them to be very knowledgeable and they even repaired two of my three furniture pieces at my home. It took two visits to repair the problem. The cable length comes in more than on size. The first one ordered was to short. The next one came with no handle, and the repair service had to use the other cable handle to make it work. The one without the handle but was 2" longer was $15 more.

I had never used ServiceMagic before but had heard of their service. I Googled about my broken bed frame. A LIVE operator connected me, on a Saturday afternoon, to this company. The couple came to our home the very next morning: Sunday! I have a very expensive Kincaid bed system which completely fell apart. Upholstery Solutions clearly explained everything that occurred, including improper installation & an extremely heavy mattress & box spring. My king-sized wood/steel frame was fixed in no time. Their price was phenominal! The name of their company is misleading, because they can fix about anything furniture-related!!!

Denise Watson is fabulous! She showed up promptly, took her time in assessing the best way to do the repair while being mindful of my budget, and then did an excellent job in repairing my sofa. She determined, towards the end of the job, that it was not quite perfect, so she scheduled to come back and add some finishing touches. She returned, again promptly, did some additional repair work to make it great, and didn't charge me for the return visit. Her price was fair and reasonable, and her commitment to excellence was strong. I'd recommend her to anyone needing furniture repair.

They called us back immediately and scheduled for the following day. They came when scheduled and told us they'd have to check to see if they could find a match for our recliner color and fabric. We have yet to hear back from them, and this has been 8 days now. We are very disappointed because we thought that it would have been take care of by now.
