Wow!!! You want to talk about transparency, Upper Hand Roofing and Construction literally broke down how roofing actually goes from the different material cost, the labor cost with hand nailed only, and their profit. Absolute best price with better materials and warrantied in-house. Don't make the mistake and sign with anybody before consulting with Upper Hand Roofing and Construction first. Thank you fellas!!

The true definition of family owned and operated. A brick and mortar company with fair pricing and quality install isn't the easiest to find now a days. I drove to 7 of the higher rated places and discovered a lot of these roofers are working out of a storage shed, thier personal home, a small 500.00-800.00 a month suite tucked away in a plaza somewhere sketchy and then they show up in un-marked trucks promising 25+yr warranties when they haven't even been in business ten years, nor do they have insurance most of the time. People have had enough of those door knocking predators... Thank you Upper Hand Roofing and Construction for actually being who you say you are, doing what you said you would do and really providing a quality service to the community. I highly recommend!!!

Devin with Upper Hand Roofing and Construction in League City has been an absolute blessing. I needed roof work done, and he was quick to respond and quick to schedule an appointment to come out and check out the project. I questioned him thoroughly, and his knowledge was extensive. He made sure to communicate the proper way to remove materials, how to repair underlying issues, and how to properly install a roof to meet manufacturer’s code—specifically ensuring everything met the manufacturer's warranty expectations.
He completed the job in a timely manner, his pricing was fair, and his roof replacement skills are unmatched. I highly recommend Devin, his team, and his crew. I will definitely use them again!

Upper Hand Roofing did an amazing job on my outdoor bathroom. Josh came out and looked at the initial project and told me to look no further. They got started and finished in a matter of days. If your not using josh at upperhand you are making a mistake. Josh is the most professional and knowledgeable person I've ever used.

I would suggest that the proposal include cost with detail or a detailed quote listing line item cost. Overall the roofing crew did a great job. I have recommend this company to two of my friends.

Very nice couple of guys. Devin was very professional. The problem was the final cut needed to be precise and accurate but two fairly large pieces of concrete were chipped off that were exposed for viewing by the client who was not not happy with the results. I had to lower my bid by $200 to compensate my client. I would use them again if it doesn't have to be pretty.
