I employed Upper Level Construction for a Whole Roof Replacement. The owner, Diego, came out to the house and provided an estimate after inspecting the underside of the roof vis the attic space. He proceeded to explain the issues that he discovered and the process involved with remediating those issues. In my case, it involved removal of sheathing from the upper level of the main house where mold was discovered due to inadequate ventilation. He explained the different roofing and underlayment options and how his Team carried out their work. Diego was very forthcoming with status updates both prior to the work (material and dumpster), weather updates and during the re-roofing process. His updates included before and after pictures and any recommendations after completion. All in all, my experience with Upper Level Construction was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

Our detached garage needed a new roof. Upper Level Construction was a suggested contractor thru Angi. Owner Diego called and came the next day for an estimate. He was prompt and provided a detailed estimate for a very reasonable price. The crew arrived on time and had the roof completed by midday. They were efficient, diligent, and hard-working. An unexpected problem came to light while the work was being done, and the crew didn't hesitate to fix it. There was severe water damage and carpenter ant damage. They replaced all the damaged wood, ice/snow sheild, and proper ridge venting. All the materials were quality, and both material and workmanship were guaranteed. Upper level construction did an excellent job on my complete roof replacement and gutters. Roof had a lot of water damage from multiple leaks. The quality of work Diego and his team do is outstanding. Donâ t hesitate hiring them. You get more for your money.

If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. From the moment Diego came to our home to inspect the roof damage, to the final project replacing a very old roof it was a very smooth and professional process. Dealing with this company was a pleasure. Diego was always prompt and kept all the deadlines. It was a particularly rainy Spring and he had to push our roof installation to the summer, but he called frequently to update us on the scheduling. Once the date was set, he was there as promised, and finished the whole roof within a day. This is our vacation home, so we were not there, but he updated us every step of the way and send pictures. Once we were able to come out, we were impressed by his job and by the fact that he made sure there were no debris left around the house. Thank you so much. I wish more businesses were like Upper Level Construction.
