Updated! Upper Valley Cleaning returned to my condo and spent an additional few hours making sure everything was corrected and several things recleaned. Looks great now, just in time for me to fully move in! Thank you for the extra time spent and great customer service! Original: I hired Upper Valley Cleaning for a move-in clean in my new condo. Rob was very nice and informative on the phone, even though they are extremely busy at this time. Unfortunately, I ended up being charged nearly $100 over what I was quoted. Which would be ok if I felt that the cleaning was properly done. However, I was disappointed in what I found. The microwave has not been cleaned, the fridge itself was cleaned, however, it had not been moved to clean behind or under it so the 3-inch gap between the wall and fridge is incredibly dirty, the hood over the stove is still sticky, and I found gunk in the window sills and what appears to be mud or food splattered on the walls in certain areas, there is still dust around the window locks, and some grime along the baseboard. Unfortunately, I live in a different state and was just able to visit the empty condo 4 weeks after the cleaning when I started moving stuff in. I am hoping they will return to correct the issues so I can feel comfortable moving in completely over the next couple of weeks.

My experience was excellent from the moment I spoke with Rob to set up my appointment to clean the very high cathedral ceilings and chandeliers, etc., to the arrival of Ryan who was so delightful and proceeded to get rid of all the spider webs, etc., throughout the house in a timely and thorough manner. He is a wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend the Upper Valley Cleaning LLC!

This is the absolute WORST cleaning service I have ever experienced! They said they sent two people to my house for two hours, but I honestly could not even tell that they had been there. They did NOTHING, and they charged me $200! I called to complain, and they said they'd send someone back to fix it, but they never sent someone and stopped returning my calls. I feel like I was ripped off and I have spoken with SO many people that they have done the same thing to! DO NOT hire this company.

The carpets and furniture look almost new. Try to be as specific as possible when getting a quote over the phone. The work cost more them the quote before we added services.

The estimate did not match the final invoice with the window cleaning, because they had to break it up between two days and I gues I paid hem to take the screens in and out twice. (beyond me Why they did this) The cleaning girls were far from adequate. Terrible actually. And still I got billed as if they left the place clean.

good people to work with. I had to order the work for the west coast and they did all as I had hoped. When I did get to my place, I was pleased.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job.

We had our Berber carpet cleaned. Afterwards the higher traffic areas appear grayish, and there were two new stains on the carpet! They did come back and got the stains up once I called about it. I am disappointed, and am out $250 (this was the price for the living room, dining room, and two flights of stairs)!
