Strong Roots Tree Service

Took a $2000 and disappeared. Has a parole office you can contact if this happens. I?m taking him to court.

Paid him half of the estimate up front like he requested. Never showed up to do the work. No phone calls or texts returned. Just left with our money. Beware.

Very friendly and efficient. They removed a very large oak tree that was preventing me from getting reasonably priced homeowners insurance. I strongly recommend for any tree service.

They came on a Sunday and gave me an estimate and I thought it was reasonable so we made plans for them to come back on Monday and they took the tree down and then we made plans to grind the stump. He gave me a price fore that and on Wed they came and grinded the stump. I told him there was a tree that I wanted moved to a different part of my yard and he said it would have to wait till after the holidays and I agreed so I will contact him again to set up a date to move the tree for me. They were cordial and did what they said they would do and everyone was happy.

Mike was respectful, helpful, informative , knowledgeable. Provided a free estimate estimate and arrived on time and as efficient and work accomplished in a timely manner. Also his assistant Larry was excellent as well. I would highly recommend recommend his services.

Mike and Larry listen to our concerns about trees growing near the house and around power lines. They were thoughtful and deliberate in the work they performed . They cut down several oaks pines and palms, with expertise. All work was done in one day. I highly recommend them for future work and will be called upon as work is needed. From the get go the Family-oriented team was customer focused. I appreciated how open communication was, how they listen to our needs, provided options to consider and attended to the task in quick order. I had 2 big big old trees 🌳 which worried me because of their proximity to my home. I had 3 estimates which strong trees was the most reasonable. Their staff were courteous, knowledgable and clean. I would upload pictures but your space is limited to 5MB.

Mike and Karrie took the time to understand exactly what needed to be done. They worked efficiently and performed the work as instructed, also asking if any adjustments in the trimming were wanted. They also thoroughly cleaned up all tree debris. Overall, just a great job.
