Using Home Advisor was a mess! Working with Upscale onceI got passed H A was good. The 3 cleaners for my 90 yr old mom s house were so friendly and efficient. I d hire Upscale again.

I hired them on a whim to get my house done before putting it up on the market. They were able to work around my schedule and come sooner than later, which is what I needed! I like that they come to your house for a free consultation and then quote you a price. Overall, the service was decent. There were quite a bit of things I noticed that didn t get done that I expected would (based on a sheet they give you as to what will get done) which bummed me out a little bit since I paid a lot of money to have them come! But overall, they were on time, friendly and efficient.

We took advantage of the $100 off promotion price for the month of March, The date of service was incorrectly recorded by someone at the business. We had to reschedule for a later date, but the owner was very apologetic about the mistake.

I rated 3.5 for value for money; because my home was pretty clean to begin with. But I had to pay more for detailed-service. But of course you have to jump through hoops for move-outs; when you don't own the property being cleaned. Overall though the two-person team that came to my dwelling was on-time and jumped right to the job! They were awesome! Thank You! :)

I love that the same person is assigned to my account, and she comes 2 days per week. I love her flexible schedule. She uses my personal, non-toxic cleaning products and she does an amazing job on all of her assigned tasks. She encourages my feedback, so she can do the best job possible, just the way I like it. She is very sweet to my Pomeranian.

The staff were very personable and did a great job cleaning my home-I would absolutely recommend them.

The rating is low because we hired them for a move out but they rescheduled us at the last minute. We are military so had no room to move dates on the calendar. I tried to be understanding and was cordial but I was really upset. We had a 5 bedroom house so cleaning it all at the last minute was very inconvenient

The place shines and smells so good! So much better than the last service I had.
