The guys were prompt and quick but my belongings suffered a number of nicks and scuffs.

Upscale Movers were professional and efficient and always were in motion. Mike, Chad, and Junior were on time and did the work within the estimated time frame. They did a great job and made the move from Georgia to North Carolina painless.

My move from Georgia to Texas with UpScale Movers could not have gone better. Thank you Mike and Junior!!! From beginning to end, working with Mike was a great experience. His price was in line with the other moving companies I got quotes from, and there were no surprises at the end. I really appreciated that he didn't require that I specify the number of boxes that I had, because I had no idea how many there would be until the day before he came to load up my stuff. The guys were very careful, completely undaunted and positive. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!!

MIKE IS GREAT!!!I I had a very bad experience two years ago with a proposed long distance move. I expressed my doubts to Mike at Upscale for this move. He stated their policies as well as how his company did a move. He lived up to every specific he stated to me and all was in his contract. Best of all the contract was so easy to read and understand. I recommend Mike and Upscale Movers at the highest level. If he were my neighbor we would share coffee and donuts in the morning and barbecue at dinner time. Grateful for his business and help.

My spouse and I were moving from Atlanta to Charlotte and after getting a few quotes from several companies, UpScale Movers was the most reasonably priced. They were also able to do the move all in one day as opposed to other companies that gave an average 3-7 day delivery window. Mike was very upfront and accommodating. He was very responsive to phone calls and texts leading up to the move date. On moving day, he and his other mover were both very efficient and quick during the moving process while still keeping all of our belongings safe without handling it harsh. We’ve already unboxed mostly all of our fragile belongings and everything is still in great condition! Best part about everything is that the price that they set never changed. Overall I would definitely use them again if need be and I recommend them to anyone.

Mike was extremely professional. His team was very efficient, polite, went above and beyond to help our family and our situation... I highly recommend them because there are no hidden fees, it is just a flat, hourly rate, and because he and his crew did an amazing job!
