Wood Shake or Composite Roofing Repair
We pay him 14392.86 we gotten no communication as to when he is coming, he was supposed to come here at the end of June and nothing. We left several messages and no response.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Paid Nick a deposit of 2500 dollars in November of 2020 for a new roof.. For the past 7 months I have tried to establish a date for installing. Contractor did not respond to telephone text or email until I informed them that I did not feel comfortable doing service with him. When I attempted to disengage from the contract, the business owner became very angry and insisted I had no right to leave the contract. In addition he stated I owed him an additional 35 percent because quote-- Time is money.

Initially wasn't going to go with Three Pillars because there was a little confusion during the bid process, but I was so thrilled after working with the owner directly that the project would be done in a high-quality manner. I had to be out-of-town during the construction and had a couple outside sources checking in as the project evolved. They reported very positive things. The contractor was very efficient and neat throughout the process. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice!
