James came out and said I would need a new belt for my dishwasher. He charged me for the belt and a service charge. He told me he would email me a receipt and that the belt would arrive at my home within 3 days at which time he would come back and install the belt. This all occurred on September 3rd. I have been trying to get James back to complete the job since that date. He did promise to return one time but never showed and now does not return my phone calls or emails. I am very disappointed and disgusted. He took my money put did nothing more. I would not recommend James to anyone.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY!!! HE CAME OUT TOOK OUR DRYER APART, FOUND WHAT PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACED , CHARGED $75 FOR HIS SERVICE, TOLD US HE ORDERED THE PART WOULD COME OUT ON A FRIDAY TO PUT IN, NEVER SHOWED CALLED HIM SAID HE WOULD COME NEXT DAY, NEVER SHOWED CALLED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY SAID HE WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE TUESDAY AROUND 4 NEVER SHOWED!!!! I have NEVER had such BAD customer like this before you call his number you get his voice mail, only to have the mailbox Full cant leave a message!! DO NOT CALL THIS GUY, UNRELIABLE!! and no phone call back to say he got tied up or anything, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give him no stars for his rating but it would not let me!! just horrible service!!

Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend them. Was stuck with no washing machine, lots of dirty pool towels, and lots of company expected over the weekend. James got right to what the problem was, which is one of the things we appreciated most. He was a very pleasant person to deal with too. Have added his name to our trusted list of people that we use, and for anyone that knows us knows that it's hard to get onto that list.
