Upstate Certified Inspections, LLC is an owner operated company. We are currently serving the greater Schenectady metro area. As your personal inspector, we promise to show up on time and deliver a complete and professional report every time. I will personally walk you through each step of the process to ensure your satisfaction 100%. We are eager to meet with you and learn more about your needs. I can generate a custom tailored report while I am conducting the inspection by using a hand held computer that is pre-loaded with a template of the house plans.

We have had no snow since an agreement with Upstate Certified was made. Was impressed by the owner, and his price is very reasonable. Rating this business with anything other than a 5 would not be fair. So far, Upstate Certified rates a 5 with us.

Paul got right to work and did an excellent job. We were impressed with his neatness and overall professionalism. He came in and put down plastic sheathing on our carpets so that he did not track any dirt as he was running up and down the stairs from the attic. We also had him install a power vent and 2 lights in our attic. What an improvement in air circulation and the mold that he treated is gone. We are very pleased.
